I am so glad this work week is over, it felt like it was two weeks long!
Today I have another late post for the month and this time it's my Birchbox! My next one won't get here for a bit, so I figured I am safe posting this one.
Birchbox is a sample subscription box for $10. You usually get 4-5 samples/deluxe samples in it. They are generally based around a theme. Some months are hit or miss for me, keep reading to see which way I felt after opening this box!
This months theme is Fresh Paint. All about changing seasons and also celebrating Birchbox's anniversary!
This information card lets me know that I got 5 products in my box and what the retail values are of each one if it was full sized.
I received a generous sized portion of Curl Keeper brand gel. I have yet to use this, I am waiting for a weekend day so if it goes horribly awry I can do something about it. I previously tried a product from Curl Keeper through Birchbox and I hated it. I am hoping for better results with this one.
I also got a small tube of Yu-Be skin cream. This is a very interesting cream. Not sure if I could use it on a regular basis as the scent is overpowering. But it is supposed to be very hydrating so we will see if I need it with this cooler air.
The Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser is the last item in this picture. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! I will be getting at least one full sized jar of this. Just scoop some out and when you get it wet it starts to foam up and it just gets in there and cleans everything out. Plus it smells great.
You can see the texture here!
This is what the moisturizer looked like.
In addition to those products I also received a tube of dr. brandt pores no more vacuum cleaner mask. I have tried other items from this line so I am sure this will be fantastic. I don't use masks a lot, but look forward to trying this one out.
I saved the best for last!!! I got a FULL SIZED pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm!!! Bonus, it is in the perfect shade for me!!! WINNING!
So that was my box for September. I am very pleased with it. I think it was a win for me.
Can't wait to see what is in my next one!
